Would it a good idea to let the Equipment Bag also show up on your 'bag screen'?

Would make sense except that bag isn't treated like the others. The bag descriptions do not show in that panel.

I think it should be an option in settings so those who want it can have it and those who don't can leave it as it is.

What I want for that panel are collapsible sections, like pets and allies in the party panel, and minions and spirits in the minion panel.

That way you don't see the sections you don't need to see, and if the panel gets too long in low resolutions, it gets a scrollbar like the party and minion panels too.

The reason it does not is that the bag panel would not fit on the screen at GW's lowest resolution option. The devs made a conscious choice not to break the game for people on low-low-end machines for the convenience of everyone else.

How about the ability to chose it in the option menu? And if you have it enabled but your screen is to small, you could make it scrollable.

As for this, they could just make a warning, like you get when you try to salvage a weapon from your equipment bag.

I agree that it would be cool to have the equipment bag in F9 window.
I also agree that it would need to be an option.

And I have another idea, (dunno if it's the place to say it) :
There should be an option to make the I window stop automaticaly showing up every time we open trade. Or at least make so that it doens't happen when F9 is already displayed.
